Training ride to get the heart rate up on some fast and flowing single track.
Probably looking at 3 - 4 laps at a reasonably fast pace.
Also give us a chance to look at some of the new track additions that have been made on the red loop over the last couple of months.

I'm hoping to be there around that time, won't join your group though. I'll be there to get the heart rate up, but being pretty much my second ride since the sydney 24.........I'll be slow. Very slow.
Look for the hairy dude hurting, that will be me. Say hi as you fly past.

I'll be there about that time,might try & keep up for a while,but don't like my chances. Have only been riding on weekends.
