I have a Sram X7 lever. It has started to stick when changing down gears. It only happens when you try to down shift a couple of gears quickly. The lever stays in the forward position and must be pulled back with my thumb before I can change another gear. I have lubed the cable and inside the lever body through the rubber flap. Still is causing a problem. Any advice on how to remedy would be apprieciated.

You've reminded me I need to send mine back for replacement. I have the same drama on the RH 9-speed shifter on my new Rize. My suspicion is the lever return spring is fatigued.

My shifter was doing the same, bent the lever down a bit and all was good, figured it must of got a little out of shape on one of my many stacks !!!
