What happen to the Kurrajong MTB Park?

I found on the National Series website that an event was scheduled there last January. But then when googling, the only details I can found is an old post from 2008: http://nobmob.com/node/1652.

its the grass kart place but its not open to the public just wsmtb race days or state/nat series.

didn't the property get sold?
