Heya Guys,
It has been a very long time since I was last on the site and an equally long time since I was last on the bike. I will be heading up to Red Hill on Saturday morning for my first decent ride in almost a year. Given my current fitness, I'll be riding at a very casual pace and probably stopping regularly for breathers.
If anyone is up for a relaxed ride on the Hill, I'd love to see you there.

Just got back on the bike myself, been out to Red Hill the last two weekends, the tracks are great at the moment (as challenging as ever) would love to come out , but fell off my "other" bike, eight stitches in my knee, bruised ribs and some bark off, ouch. Wish i could come out, so... ENJOY it without me .Next time maybe....vc
