I'd like a more 'Off Road', DH style, (maybe even long sleeve) version with less asphalt flavoured laate'ness (see I can't even spell latte')?

See us "larger" men raised this very issue when the first round of body hugging lycra jerseys were ordered. It turns out that Scody don't do any MTB clothing as such, their response to my question was "well yeah we can just do the normal tops without elastic cuffs"
Blondie was going to organise something but she does have a real job so nothing has eventuated.
I have found a place in the states that does do a range of custom cycling clothing including DH and Freeride jerseys, as well as a heap of other stuff like leg / arm warmers and "skull" caps. Am waiting on a response from them re cost, as there is nothing on their site. Then I'll try and get costs on import duties etc. I have asked that they price based on the original design artwork so it will look similar to the first run. My understanding from their site is you can choose between collar design and arm length.
Hope I haven't stepped on anyones toes with this and will speak to the powers that be before anything else is done.

...I know you are all excited about wearing tight, white lycra pants in the bush, but let's keep the conversation to the point.
Can people please specify if they would like a DH jersey or the more fitted one (which I am interested in). I am happy to keep track of numbers and hopefully we'll be able to please everyone.

start a seperate thread. I only posted because I believed there were a number out there that would prefer the looser fit. By all means chase the powers to be to get more of that lycra stuff organised.

mankinis are so 2007 ... I overtook a bunch of riders in mankinis on the Sydney-Gong ride last year.
I don't think I have ever gone up a hill that fast before.
We had to stop and wait a couple of times for one of our team who had completed a 100km kayaking event the previous weekend.
That meant we had the "pleasure" (and I use that word under advisement) of passing those guys several times.
Wot's a mankini? Is that the one that shows of your six-pack (keg)? Usually worn by guys with hot pants on right, on-stage and go-go dancing? bleugh. hahaha I now have an image of Stuart in one scuse me I need to step away from the computer and change the subject
