I'm doing the 50km ride though

Edit: girlfriend signed me up for the 100 instead of the 50, this could be interesting

Sadly I have had to pull out of this one after tearing my Rotar cuff, when i came off on the oaks at 60K+ the other week.

If your not out there doing it,
Someone else is

I had shoulder reconstruction on December 3rd, in a word it "sucks".

Best of luck with the recovery, if your looking at surgery I'd recomend Dr. Duckworth did a great job with me but he works out of the SAN in Hornsby ($4000 for the hospital if your not covered for private but IMO best hospital in Sydney). If you can find a physio that works with footballers, netballers or volleyballers it's good they seem to have a good take on shoulders. If you have any questions about what worked for me drop me an e-mail.

I'm still holding out that I can do it, physio said I can ride a bike again last week but I'm not allowed to fall off....... so no down hill fun for me Sad

Probably make the decision next monday if she's up to the job.

I'll try to get something up around lunch depending on what I've got on @ work.

Looks tough as advertised, Jongewaard winning in 4h30. Looks like the last competitor home took over 11 hours - ouch!

I notice Beth managed 13th in open female with 06h54. Nice work Beth! Smiling
