Bottom Bracket Replacement Tips
I am replacing the bottom bracket and crank on my Trance X0 tonight and just wondered, is there anything that is a big no no or a must do when doing this. Something like, greasing the BB threads etc.

Have a look at the Park Tools website.
Grease the threads, grease the spindle.

Remember how many spacers were on each side (if any at all).
Yes, yes... grease everything too.
