It's On
Beginners Ride, DuckHoles, Centre Track and Chiltern track for those who feel like it
West Head turn off McCarrs creek road.
Just across the bridge there is car parking.
All 3 tracks are on on the NOBMOB site.
It is all firetrail with a few sketchy bits and near the end of the Centre Track a fantastic view over Akuna Bay.
Ourimbah State Forest - NOTE change of time
200m up Red Hill Rd, look for the parked cars.
Will be mainly riding the XC trails to start and will definately make a trip up Demtel hill to hit the downhill track.
Medium level of fitness required, bring food, tubes etc and plenty of water.
Hope to see you there, time ahs now been changed to 10am start.

Manly Dam
Hi Everyone,
Just planned a last minute ride for Manly Dam tomorrow. We will do two loops - should be a nice little ride (compared to the epics that has been done before!) I am pretty sure we will be riding usual pace methinks.

New lights trial
Well will finally be back in Sydney and keen to finally give my new headlights a run in the dark.
Picked an easy track that I know as it will the first time I have ridden at night.
Hope some of you can make it!

Manly Dam night Ride
King Street (near corner with Arana Street), Manly Vale. You know - outside Manly Hydraulics Lab.
Looking to set up a semi-regular Wednesday night ride. Let's start this week. So 1 lap.
Pace won't be scorching. I aint that fit! but will be reasonable to get around before it's too late.
As this will be in the dark... All riders MUST have sufficient experience to cope with the technical sections at night. And MUST carry sufficiently bright lights that will last the distance.
Fun is and a sense of humour is also mandatory!

Early hit out for those staying in Sydney.
Intend to do Perimeter from the top of the first big hill, Long Track, Cowan out and back, to the end of Long track and back to the cars via Perimeter.
Minimal stops, Canberra is only a couple of weeks away.
