Hot day at Awaba.

Did three laps of the red loop today. All times started at the car which was only 30 or so metres from the trailhead and finished back at the trailhead.
1st warm up lap - going up Straw was 42:20.
2nd lap - going straight up Camel Back was 40:05-40:10 (didn't check before I got back to the car).
3rd lap - again straight up Camel Back was 41:35.
These are unofficial as I don't have a GPS, timed by resetting the trip comp on my cheapo Atech (it seems accurate though).
Was kind of funny seeing a bloke on a single speed 29er bin it right in front of me on a corner trying to stay ahead - I stopped to make sure he was all good before we both laughed and I was on my way, no damage to him or bike. Everyone out there today was friendly and exchanged a few pleasantries as we passed.
