I was just sent a link to this event by a friend in the area.

It looks like a lot of fun for those strange people who can run as well as cycle. As far as I'm concerned I have a better chance of breathing underwater than running 21 km...... but someone out there might be interested?

Well we have a challenging dirty weekend for you!

Come to Dungog on the for the last weekend in May (26th and 27th May 2012) and participate in our Rotary Dungog Challenge, 11-60-11 dirty duathlon. That is a cross country run followed by a mountain bike ride (1/3 dirt and 2/3 sealed) and finish with a cross country run.
