Raceprep Highland Fling Final Video

We've just posted the 5th video with tips on final preparations for the Highland Fling, featuring Jenny Fay and Anthony Shippard. This video also includes a brief interview with Huw Kingston about new additions to the course for 2012.

I'd be very interested in feedback, constructive criticism or comments about these videos. It's been a bit of an experiment producing them, and I'm keen to make more of these sort of videos for future races if I can justify the time and expense. In other words I'm trying to find an excuse to make MTB videos instead of working.

Next time I will probably put more depth into the content - a bit more insight into the training techniques of elite racers, and how their techniques can be applied to the average MTBer (like me).
