Cascades - Quarry Track Climb
Time:
00:05:26 Started at St Ives and went up Cascades to Davidson. Back up Heath Track to Belrose. Then down the Technical DH track and into Quarry for the 3rd big climb of the day.
Nearly died in the 11am heat today. Must have been close to 30 deg.
