Giant Trance, Brand new 2013 Medium Frame.

This Giant Trance X1 bike has a brand new 2013 model frame, Crank and Bottom Bracket. (replaced under warranty by Giant in October this year, my old frame developed a crack). These have never been ridden.

The rest of the XT and RaceFace Deus spec components are from the previous frame which was a 2009 Trance X1.

I have recently upgraded to a newer model.

This bike can do it all. On the previous frame I have ridden and raced 8hr, 24hr, 50km and 100km and gravity enduro races.

The geometry suits the technical trail riding of Northern Sydney. It is 12.5kg, so climbing ability is fantastic and with a shorter 70mm stem and Fox ProPedal shock it descends with confidence. ((I also have a Crank Brothers Joplin 4 dropper seat post for separate sale for $200. This only adds to the bikes all round abilities.))

The Shimano XT rims are bomb proof. I have a couple of spare spokes to throw in too to keep you on the trail.

The fork has a little superficial wear but still performs without a glitch.
