Warringah Council market research call

I just got a call from a market research company doing research on behalf of Warringah Council regarding sporting facilities in the area. I wanted to mention it to everyone cause it's an opportunity to help get the message across to the councils about our trail riding needs. I would usually hang up on these calls but this one is worth doing to push the cause.

So if you get a call be sure to take it (it's only 5 minutes) and when they ask what sports you're involved in probably best to keep it to MTB'ing so as to keep focus on the issue. The questions are pretty run of the mill BUT importantly at the end of the questions when she was about to hang up I asked if I could make a comment that would be recorded in the research and she said yes, so I emphasised the need to keep the trails open. She said that she'd had heaps of people saying the same thing in other calls and that a lot of people were upset at the trail closures.

If you get the call, they won't ask you if you want to make a comment so be sure to ask them.

Hopefully they'll get the message.
