Dungog Duathlon

I heard about this event via the HMBA so thank you in advance for the heads up on what is a really great race. The recent rain fall made the single track pretty challenging with lots of crashes and technical problems. There is a great photo of a guy attempting to negotiate the last 10km just on his back wheel rim. It was shame that this event really doesn't seem to attract the numbers with probably only 70 competitors if that there. The money raised goes to helping local projects in the area so it's all for a good cause. The mountain bike section really is good fun with it overall a challenging course. I would really recommend this race in case you are thinking about as it's a great day....
