Site update notification

Site content notification is now enabled. Basically, you can get an email when new content or comments are posted.

Visit your profile and look under 'my notify settings' to change your settings (default is off).

Oh, talking of profiles, picture (avatar) uploads are also now allowed so come on, don't be shy!
