Trail Question, looking for this cool track

Hey just wondering if anyone can help here, I've seen this cool video on you tube for a northern beach track. I cannot recognize it, is anyone able to help pin point the location or name the track ?

Join the CareFlight Woodford to Glenbrook Classic 2014 and run or ride the Oaks Fire Trail through the beautiful Blue Mountains National Park from the town of Woodford down to the Euroka Clearing near Glenbrook.

Covering 25km of undulating bushland, the trail is incredibly scenic and a must for keen mountain bikers and trail runners. Participants are supported the full length of the track by Rural Fire Service crews stationed along the way, providing First Aid and drinks. A CareFlight doctor and St John Ambulance volunteers will also be in support.

Centre Track - South west

The fire trail behind the information sign at the intersection of McCarrs Ck Rd and top of the Akuna Bay road used to be marked on Google Earth as part of the Centre Track running up to Terry Hills. It has recently been cleared. Which sparked my curiousity, does it actually connect to the Terry Hills end? Is it ridable? If anyone knows the answers it would be appreciated. Thanks

Diamondback Rider's

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

Ok, who here ride's a Diamondback? Cause frankly, i just spent $700 on the Axis Disc. And yeah it's pretty good, it ride's the Manly Dam and Oxford Fall's trails pretty damn well. No it does not have knuckle box (damn), it's got front rst and carbon ceramic disc brakes. 24 speed Shimano gears. Truvativ x-flow crankset, the bottom bracket is pretty average. The seat's nice, the frames alloy. The quick release is handy, as it won't fit in my car any other way. So yeah, please post if you have a Diamondback, or for that matter if you are hopinh or planning to buy one.

CANCELLED - > 100mm rainfall since Wednesday //Ourimbah Social Ride - for those not going to Canberra

Below is a preview, click to read the full post
When:
Saturday, 4 April, 2009 - 08:15
Ride Database Entry:
Ourimbah State Forest
Meeting Point:

North End of Red Hill Rd, Ourimbah State Forest. There's a large-ish parking area here, just off the main sealed road. There is also a smaller parking area a little further (400m or so from the road) where the trail splits - this second area is the usual meeting point. If you end up driving up a steep hill you've gone too far.

Red Hill Road, NSW @-33.275884,151.377053

I'd like to go for 3 laps.

For those who haven't been there: really nice 10k XC lap.
I don't think this is a beginner's ride, but certainly something to try out and improve your skills.

For those who have been there: see above...

Having said that, I don't want to race the lap, but would like to keep a bit of a flow in the ride for each lap. That doesn't mean we can't stop and try the challenging passages again, something which we don't do that often. A break after each lap for a quick snack and water refill is also planned.
