Withdrawn: Avid Elixir R brakes - price drop
These brakes are the original gear from my 2011 Scott Scale 26". Bike size is large to help gauge length of brake hoses. No longer required due to upgrades. I have reduced the price to sell quickly. Will accept 700ml bottle of Bundy Red instead of cash if you prefer.
Probably suit second/project/training bike. That's what I was going to do, but have since bought a roadie with rim brakes for fitness so better off in someone else's capable hands.
Avid Elixir R full brake set $40 includes:
- Front and rear levers and callipers with mounts and bolts

Withdrawn: Shimano XTR Wheelset
Shimano XTR M975 UST 26' tubeless wheelset for sale.
Wheels are QR front and rear and are in excellent condition with only a few cosmetic marks and light use only. Have only had a few hours use since full true, tension and hub service from Aaron at BS16. Come with 6' Shimano RT-97 center lock rotors and tubeless valves as well as Maxxis Ikon 3C EXO tyres (front approx. 10% and rear 25% worn). Wheels are light, strong and fast! Prefer local pickup but happy to discuss freight options at buyers expense.

Withdrawn: Left crank only - Shimano Deore XT 175mm
Need a left crank only - From a Giant Trance X0 2013 - stripped the crank because the pedal because was loose.

Andrew

Withdrawn: 26" Bontrager XR4 2.35 tyres - Free
Pair of Bontrager XR4 2.35 tyres to suit 26" wheels looking for a new home as they will not be used again. As per photos they are in good condition with outer knobs almost new.
These are not the latest tread pattern, but rubber is still reasonably grippy. Tyres come with tubes (wheels in photo not included) and are not suitable for tubeless. I used them as an interim solution when new to riding until figuring out what I really needed and have since upgraded.
Don't want any money for them, just can't bring myself to throw them away when in such good condition.

Morning ride
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Enter via Red Hill Rd, Ourimbah State Forest. On your right will be 'TreeTops' for the kids and it's large-ish carpark. Carry on past there and the first small clearing which is were parking used to be, and is where the 'Browns' single track turns (you might see riders on your left here). Please do not park in this car park.
Parking and official trail head is now designated a further 350m or so up the road where there is a larger area. There's a CCOMTB notice board here by the trail entrance (on the left as you drive up the hill). Park up nose to curb or as directed.
My first ride at Ourimbah. It would be great to ride with someone who has ridden it before.

There's a large shoulder on Mona Vale Road (eastbound). A site setup for RBT near the single track start makes a good spot. At the Nursery park right where the single track starts
Heading out for a couple of hours tomorrow morning to test out the new stead. Probably a loop starting at the wildflower garden and ending up across the road coming up from Garigal. Not too fast as I'll be stopping now and then to dial in the shock/fork (well that's my excuse for bad riding anyway)
