From SNORC.

Unfortunately, due to logistical issues, they were forced to make it coincide with the Fling weekend which is a real shame, but hopefully those "non-Flinger" can make it a great event!

A group training ride - starting with a couple of warm-up laps of OMV, then Quarry Track, Old Northern Rd to Cherrybrook, some trails and single track around Cherrybrook, then back to Pennant Hills via Stringybark Ridge, then Westleigh before returning to OMV.

As a guide, the pace will be set around the "3-hour half fling" mark. Of course even if you're not racing the Fling you're welcome!

The plan is to step up the pace a bit compared to the first training ride we did...

There are water stops along the way - I usually go with one bottle only.

To keep Sydney's most popular MTB track in its best condition, it needs a bit of TLC each month, and that will be on Saturday. Meet at the trackhead, and the tools will all be provided. A good opportunity to mix with other MTBers!

The more the merrier!
