Enter via Red Hill Rd, Ourimbah State Forest. On your right will be 'TreeTops' for the kids and it's large-ish carpark. Carry on past there and the first small clearing which is were parking used to be, and is where the 'Browns' single track turns (you might see riders on your left here). Please do not park in this car park.
Parking and official trail head is now designated a further 350m or so up the road where there is a larger area. There's a CCOMTB notice board here by the trail entrance (on the left as you drive up the hill). Park up nose to curb or as directed.
I haven't ridden this track for ages, probably a couple of years. Time for an expedition!
I'm looking to do 3, maybe 4 laps. Anyone keen to join?

End of Quarry Road, Hornsby - Parking is well signposted, directing cars to park at the END of the road. If this is full, park in the Dural Street carpark.
"Well, we are awaiting confirmation on this. But it looks like the NorthConnex control of the Hornsby MTB trails has been delayed enough to allow us to host one more Short Track Summer Series.
We will be running them in tandem with the keepers of the spiritual origins of mtb racing in Northern Sydney - Manly Warringah CC. We each host one race per month, a fortnight apart. So this will mean about 6 or 7 delicious sweat pouring, gut wrenching, bike braking, leg burning and even vomit inducing pain sessions. Ah,,, not everyone's cup of tea but we love it!

The Singletrack Mind Series features three mountain bike endurance events of 7 and 4 hours duration. They will take you to three different locations in NSW, each one renowned for its flowing singletrack and fun factor.
The fast and flowy Coondoo Road trails at Nowra have featured in each of the previous five years of the Singletrack Mind Series. Hosted by the South Coast Mountainbikers, the course offers a bunch of different options for course setting, and while it’s great for the novice rider, more experienced riders love it as it's challenging to ride consistently fast.
