Thursday, 19 November, 2009 - 09:30 The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.

Red Hill Meeting Point:
Park at the old entrance to Narrabeen Fitness Camp. Be ready to ride. Leave 9.30 Sharp.
If coming from Cromer Connection meet at The Sand Pit around 9.45-10AM.
Doing a quick ride in the morning before it gets too hot leaving 9.30am from Narrabeen.
