Redhill mtb Park Mornington Victoria
On my recent holidays in Victoria I decided to give Redhill mtb park in the Mornington area a bash out . The guys in the area have done a beauty of a job building marking out & grading the trails . I rented a new 27.5 duelly from Melbournemtbhire & picks it up sat arvo from freewheeling cycles in rosebud . Bash out on the sunday morning fir 4 solid hrs . Locals gave e the heads up on their favourite trains . Great job

Saturday at Manly Dam trails
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
King Street (near corner with Arana Street), Manly Vale. You know - outside Manly Hydraulics Lab.
Lets do 2-2.5 hours riding this Saturday at Manly Dam and the surrounding trails. The ride will take in parts of the Dam circuit, the Possum/Kevin Costner single track and the Pipeline fire road. I have ridden this area many times and do the regular Dam circuit (10.5km) in a sub 40 minute time, so I'm looking for experienced riders like myself to join me on this ride.

Green and really dry, even the creek is bone dry this morning.
The dog poop bins were full and poop bags were everywhere so be careful not to run over them 
Dogs must be crazy over the long weekend

Manly Dam update for 19 Jan
Did the extended loop this morning, so can't comment on the fire trail, but the rest of the track is fine. A little dry, loose and dusty in places. Possum and KC are fine as well.

Terrey Hills / Duffys Forest update for 15 Jan
Perimeter is fine. Tree is still down, but a little trail fairy work has it easily rollable or launchable, depending on your preference / pace. Long is fine also. Still a couple of puddles, but easy to get around.
