This ride starts at 7 PM at the Japanese School roundabout, to avoid the muddy bits and to get us back before the Tavern's kitchen closes for last orders at 8:39 PM.

I built this bike a while ago now as a race bike, my Remedy 9 was a little heavy, and have never raced it since. Its probably done about 200klms and a good half of that would be M7 cycle path

Lane Cove National Park update for 04 Apr
Finally I think we can call it green. It has dried out a lot this week, although there are still a few puddles and a bit of mud in places. I'd say it's the driest it has been since January. All good for the weekend.

Ourimbah State Forest update for 04 Apr
All the low areas are muddy & trashed -missing link,graveyard& ewok but everything else is great .Love the work the crew has done up there including the aproach t the drop off soooooo much better !

I'd like to get a 'Cane Creek' headset for my bike. I have a tapered headset on my 29er. What specifically do I need look out for in terms of descriptions to purchase this headset?
