The START/FINISH location is at Mount Airly. approx 9 kilometres down the GLEN DAVIS Road (turn right at 50 meters past the Shell Capertee Roadhouse –we will have a sign out at this turnoff on the Saturday morning)
The course is set in the Capertee Valley, 180 kilometres west of Sydney, Australia, in a stunning area comprised of sandstone cliffs and abundant wildlife. There are some easy and some difficult sections on the course. The Saturday afternoon is a 52 kilometre circuit, starting and finishing at the camp site.
The next morning the course will be run in reverse, and that is where you can challenge yourself, your time from the day before, and the overall result.
Baiscally a fun little even 52km loop on Saturday crossing 9 private properties on one of the most picturesque places in Australia. Camp over night and then do the course in reverse on Sunday.
It's more of a dusty road ride but the guys who did it last year found it enjoyable

The route has been improved from last year so that the riding is across a lot more forested properties with much less road riding. It has the same awesome vistas and the same challenging vertical, but as it uses a lot of private property for a charity event, its one of those once per year rides.
If you haven't been up there it's a magic spot, it's for charity (Paraplegics) and it's quite a fun event with great atmosphere - around 52km+ on the saturday afternoon (note its a 12pm start not 9am) and then the opposite way on the Sunday morning, right from the camping spot (pretty unique camping spot too).
Come on up, there will hopefully be a few of us to support it!
