Does anyone out there know of a DVD i can throw on while i participate in my new sport of Indoor bike training . I have a copy of the 2006 24 hour solo (where Craig Gordon proves Aussies are the toughest riders) and love the helmet shots . I kinda know the ending now and need more inspiration , and single track action . There are a few freeride / dirtjump DVD's but these dont help as i seem to like to ride to racing and single track better
Thanks

Wayne

you could look for that awesome helmet cam of Brian Lopes at Whistler. Don't know if it will help you at home though, unless you are practising very large air. Eye-wink

Not a DVD but I'm sure there are some HQ versions of it, I think it lasts about 10 minutes - put it on loop Smiling

or the new Kranked "Revolve"
But I can't consentrate on both riding a trainer and watching a good DVD. I find myself sitting there not pedalling....

Have a look at some training or skills dvd

Fluid rider ride like a pro is good for picking up tips of skill and spinervals are for a workout

+1 to Spinervals.

I just need a trainer that offers some resistance, now. Sad

Where we can walk a dog on a tv screen ?????????

Just walk the bloody real thing outside , if you dont have one borrow one !!!!

As for downhill on wii .......looks a little scarey for me , think i will stick to virtual dog walking ( or virtual riding on my trainer) ..........what a crock
