Aren't they? I know I went to Bike Addiction 8:15am one morning (after the ride would you believe?) and was not impressed they were closed, but sure they are open later. Think this also goes (I mean, open at some times on the weekend) for Northside, Cranks, BBF, CBD, Clarence St, etc, etc, etc.

Perhaps you just caught them on a bum day?

perhaps but i called a few places and they didnt answer their phones or anything. I just think its poor business management to not be open on a sunday. i know on saturday im doing stuff either work or playing sport or something and i leave sundays for going out and shopping around. its prob just me ive been having a bad day

i went past mona vale cycles in narrabeen, just at the bottom of powderworks road this morning and it was open... i think they close early but they do open in the morning around 9:30... just thought it might be handy to know if somone gets stuck...

Hi there,

Working on a Saturday, you poor bugger! Mate, it will make it difficult to organise your agenda if you can only go riding on one available day per week. What happens when it rains?

I normally use Ku-ring-ai Cycles in Hornsby, which is open on Saturday and Sunday.

I would suggest you do a net search to find all of Sydney's cycle stores, and then look up their opening hours from there. From what I have seen, most of the stores post their opening hours on their websites.

Cheers.

My local shop is Woolys. Being new to the game I couldn't really comment on how good or bad they are, but they are open Sunday and carry a reasonable amount of stock. *edit* Tried to make that a clicky link but it didn't work. woolyswheels.com.au if you want to look em up - they're in paddington.

You need a www in front of it, champ Eye-wink

Actually, you need to put <go href="http://some.url.com">URL description</go>

Same as <a href=... but the 'go' part means we can keep track of who clicks where on the site... just for fun and all, to see what's popular.

Oh, although you could just put http://some.url.com too and it will automagically be linked like this.

I went with the a href=.... but can't see how to edit it now. Anyway, I'm not advertising the place - probably out of the way for most on here though!
