Someone should make some fibreglass berms and humps and stuff that you can lay out in a parking lot and bolt together. Like some kind of pump track equivalent of Scalextric.

Even on dirt areas you could lay that stuff down and sprinkle with dirt to stop having to re-form the track all the time!

Anyone here have the necessary skilz for that? Eye-wink

How about a fibreglasser makes a mould of some proven berms and rollers then we reinforce the moulds by putting each in a strong timber or steel banded box. Then cast multiple units from each mould with reo and lifting anchors. Could assemble it with crane truck quite easily. Could sell them to Councils. Who wants to make a business? The shapes of berms and rollers etc lend themselves well to casting out of a mould. I don't doubt that in the USA you could just buy precast concrete rollers berms and jumps out of a brochure.

With a moulded contraption you'd be limited in what you could do with track layout, and you'd miss out on the upper body workout.

And then there's the mould construction, fastening together so it doesn't move, moving it around to different sites, lots of $$$$$$$$ to be spent on materials. Doesn't sound real practical to me. Sticking out tongue

Shovels, a few mates, a bit of elbow grease and a barbie to celebrate when finished sounds like the go to me.
