OK, I'll translate from backwards-thinking yank speak: 320km and 12,000m vertical. You have 6 days to complete that. The last day is 75km and 3000m vertical climbing.

Oh, and it's mostly at an altitude above 3000m so there's no air to breath and no where to train for those conditions in Australia. Well, aside from on an 800m high tower on top of Mt Kosciuszko
