Mid week Menai NIGHT ride
By the sports field on Old Illawarra Road, Barden Ridge.
You know this ride by now. A bit technical in places, a few pinch climbs here and there and some good flowing sniggle.
Not the ride for a beginner as it can be tricky in places, good lights will be needed and body armour is /optional/ advised.
Best thing, we ride at the pace of our last rider so this is a great way to stay together, see the animals out and about and most importantly not be worried about if this group is going to disappear into the distance. We're out to enjoy the "special effects" that night riding is all about.

does 8pm suit..we can stall for 15mins if you need it.. ??
I would love to ride tonight but i have to drop my daughter off to her mums at Emu Heights so dont count on me being there . If i able to make it i will text and let you know
yeah understood.. it was a good ride, great night, 3+ hrs.. and got lost - a little - but found a few new tracks.. that are on order for next time.. and watched Ant testing out his knee pads. Chris

they worked well but self destructed im glad i had them, the gouges out of the body armour stopped me feeling a lot more soarer, glad i was wearing that to, the ayups even got scratched who knows how??
had a blast, looking forward to some more carnage next time

chris, thanks for a great ride, one to remember. sustained tech with nice climbs. ant, thanks for the big whipper, all the best with the kyle strait replacements. i will try and get there next time for the magic staircase. cheers andy
rode some of the staircase this morning.. mmmm .. under lights.. have put in my birthday order for evo's.. took a bit of a simple simple fall today.. bent the frame and broke the pedal.. we should try an appin ride.. soon.
