Wet weather training?

With the Fling just around the corner and rain predicted for this weekend means my regular training rides oaks/andos, hill fest etc will most likely be washed out.

So I was wondering: what does everyone else do to train when when the trails are too wet to ride?

Since I've got a broken wrist (ill fated trip to Ourimbah four weeks ago) and can only sit on the trainer inside, it half makes me happy to know it's going to rain and others can't be out there enjoying it!! Smiling Haha....
Actually I've learnt to like the trainer after always avoiding it. I know I'll be using it more than I used to once I'm back with the option of heading outside too.
