Details:

THIS RIDE WILL BE CANCELLED IF ITS ABOVE 30' AS PREDICTED! RED HILL GETS VERY HOT! SORRY

Need to be reasonably fit and have at least 1.5 litres of water. There there is no warm up its straight up hill from the start. The first 35 minutes is all climbing. But it is varied and interesting and goes fast. (I've been riding Red Hill for 4 years and know it extremely well.)
I'll be kind to those less fit and try and make it fun. The whole circuit usually takes me an hour but we'll do a slower version for the less fit/tech savvy.
Once on top there are fun gently undulating trials to be had all quite technical but not too difficult (but very scenic). We will decend via the The Drop Zone back past the Dam down to the Fitness Camp. No I have never had any trouble riding through here. In fact I wave every time I see the resident caretakers and they wave back with a smile.
Would like to keep the group small though so not to draw too much attention. Otherwise meet at The Sand Pit if you have a problem with it.
My mobile is 0414 430 220.

P.S This loop is only one of quite a few I know (can't cover it all in a day) there are just so many trials.

I'm a regular to most places on the NBs but never been up to Red Hill so keen to find out what the trails are like.

Can you provide a link to a google map that pin points the exact meeting place? Not quite sure where you mean.

Got it - thanks.

Still fighting a cold which brought my early morning trip to the dam this morning to a premature end (mind says yes, legs say no). So hopefully will be fit by Sunday.
