"Please be advised that on Wednesday 9 December maintenance works will commence on the fire trail from Allambie Heights tennis courts to Martin Luther Place. Works are expected to proceed for 10 working days. Please take extreme caution and adhere to any barriers and signs.
Thank you
Manly Dam Rangers"

Anyone know what the 'works' involve?

I'm pretty sure I know which part of the trail this is, but I'm really hoping that they don't ruin the good bits. Eye-wink If it's not the bit I'm thinking of then it must be the part that runs down by the front of the village?

Sorry to be so cryptic. Smiling

adhere: to stick fast or cleave, as a glutinous substance does; to become joined or united

F#%k !

They have found the last section around the dam that they can dumb down! (or make more dangerous)

Thankfully somebody has created a single track in the private property north of the Martin Luther st nursing home. You enter about 50m on the left after you pass the fire road gate. They even marked it out with green spray paint, god bless them!

That stretch from Martin Luther to the tennis courts or more accurately Allambie playing fields is a dam good, fun downhill section, why touch it????
