Oh my God my face is purple

Put in a good run down to the pump station from the Parkway where we entered the track. Had an evil friend behind who took a masochistic delight in telling me to "keep pedalling" in a loud manner.
From the big flat rock overlooking the golf course on the way back we made it out to the Parkway in 4 minutes!!!
