Details:
I intend on stopping at the Dam on the way home. My intention is to do 2 laps before last light so no lights will be required. This isn't a training ride and we can stop and play 
on sections if anyone wants to although we are slowly running out if light

but I have a course in the city which is a shame as i'm beginning to forget what a mountain bike feels like and I'm finding myself more and more in lycra!
I don't see the problem. Why is a course in the city stopping you from riding
. I will be also coming from the city.

Hi I am visiting from overseas and would love to ride the Manly dam trail on Thursday. Can anyone help with transport, I will be coming from the city? If not it looks possible with the ferry from Circular key.

Hopefully I am ok for tomorrow. I just got back from the dentist and his last words were "They were deep fillings. You will be sore tomorrow"
scratch me, i cant make it now, had a rather interesting argument with a filleting knife last night....

I hope its not too serious. I'm good for today as the pain from the dentist is nothing that a few drugs can't fix
