Sunday 4 March - Manly Dam at 9:00 a.m.
Hello all,
Possibly we may end up being too tired from Ourimbah. Or possibly the weather may destroy all our best laid plans. But for Sunday morning, I was planning on doing a lap around Manly Dam at 9:00 a.m. As an indication, I would doubt this will be the fastest lap I will ever do at Manly.
Weather forecast that day is for hot conditions. So best to get the ride out of the way early. Park at the lower Hydro Labs carpark. Call the mobi if you are a late arrival.
Hope to see you all there!

Manly dam sounds good .
I don't know anyone, so just for reference I will be driving a BJ Toyota Landcruiser and am sure to be looking around a bit lost - shout out or wave away..otherwise I am the chick going around asking for northern beaches mtb community people....
Thanks guys, look forward to crashing on sunday...(I always have atleast one stack)

Liam,
At this stage I should be a starter for Sunday morning - I will confirm Saturday.
If I do go I'll probably go early for a quick lap and be back to meet you before 9.00.

It's just a nice ride around the Dam. I won't be killing myself with speed on this one - unless you count the freeway downhill section and the downhill bit leading towards the carpark.
I will wait for you if you say that you are going.
Cheers.
As promised, I had a lovely big stack on manly dam today, so I might just give tomorrow a miss.
PS- whatever happened to people stopping and saying "are you ok?" ....when you are covered in blood and look disorientated...
Liam,
Sorry mate, can't make the Dam Sunday morning. Have a good ride will catch up with you shortly.

photo so you can post it in the gallery :-0
Hope you're OK

thats actually quite funny.
Probably not funny at the time. But there is always some value in being able to tell a cool war story to mates. I have accumulated a few over the few years. But this all goes towards your own library of "do this" or "don't do that" on the trails.
I hope you are okay from it.
Liam.
