Amazing insight that Ellsworth use CF technicians to engineer their frames, defining layup patterns and thickness. Imagine if Giant took that technology on? Shakes head.

@Slowpup... don't they just spray the carbon 'fibre' out of a can (a bit like silly string) and hope if falls in the right places? Eye-wink

When building boats they use a chopper gun which dispenses glass fibres, resin and catalyst in the correct amounts, youd lay up a solid frame in about 8 seconds.

I might write Ellsworth with a proposal... could make millions... cents.
