177 My first enduro event and 2nd mtb race meet. I arrived on Saturday arvo about 5, signed on, no number plate 
. Cold pizza and red bull for breakfast had me all fired up. I was expecting around an 8hr finish time and was stoked with sub 7hrs (also stoked to beat my brother)
The ride from the top of the 1st walk to the canoe bridge was awsome, I rode the bridge 
also saw a guy make 3 attempts, then he passed me on the womerah range trail. I started to cramp on the road section after the bridge but decided to spin it out.
All in all i'm pretty stoked with the way things went, I'll be back next year with a sub 6hr goal (dream on)

well done on the time, ohh darn it! all these 6 hour first timers
me.. I'm working up to the 6 hour, one hour at a time, 2009 was 8:10, 2010 was 7:10 and next year is my 6:10.. the year after a 5:10 masters maybe? (a lot of work is clearly required)
