Manly Dam Mountain Unicycle Ride & Demo

Hello guys and girls,
I am trying to get more people into mountain unicycling so I thought I'd organize a ride/demo for all you curious people out there. Yes it does take a bit to learn how to ride one, but as soon as you do you'll find out why it is more fun on one and you'll never go back! After you learn the basics it is basically just like riding a bike and actually safer because you don't get the speeds as mountain bikers because you can't coast. Plus you don't have handlebars to get in the way when you fall. Not to mention it is a better workout for your legs, lungs, arms and especially your abs! Did I mention how much more fun it is?! Not convinced yet? Well come join me for a fun loop around Manly.

The first lap I'll go slow and show everyone how I can ride every section on the loop. You can watch, take pictures, videos and see how it's done. The second lap, I'll be trying to beat my personal best time of 50 minutes (with no falls) and anyone is more than welcome to join and even help pace/push me as I always seem to do better when I'm trying to catch up to a two wheeler. When we are finished I can let people have a go on my unicycles but can't stay too long as I must go to work.
