you could try wading across the MacDonald River. It made the suede uppers of my Lake shoes pretty soft and pliable for a while a few weeks ago...... Smiling

Try Specialized BG shoes or Lake, they do wide sizes.

I have the same problems with my road shoes...

Northwave also seem to be a nice wide fitting. Given them a look.

Sidi to mega sizes for wide feet. By this I mean they do a normal and wide version in the same size. Their leather is also nice and soft so they are comfy from the getgo and no need to break in.

What about those wooden feet shaped things that you put inside a wet shoe while your not wearing them? I've seen them somewhere. i think ask at a shoe repair shop... and try google.
