Hey all MTB riders. I live in Galston and would like to get a regular group together to ride in the area. (Galston/Dural/Glenorie) Maybe a weekly nightride for those with lights.

There is lots of bush and forest in Galston and Glenorie (out towards Wisemans Ferry, right?).
Can you describe any of the local haunts out there? Any good riding? I already know about Wisemans Ferry.

I live in Hornsby. I have ridden Penno Park, Galston Gorge and a few other spots in the area. I'd be keen for a regular night ride in the area.

Tons of Riding in Marra Marra nat park North of Galston.
2 trails I can think of off hand that is not too technical.
Also the nice thing is as you get further out, the trafic gets less!

Marra Marra park just north of Galston has nice trails that can be done at night, plus a few that I would say is a bit too technical to be done at night.

I work at Seven Hills, so usually back in Hornsby around 5:30pm. Have lights so light is not an issue. Other than that all good.

I also live in Hornsby like Master Evan, so we would both find it easy to travel up past Galston Gorge. However I would not be able to do a weekday / night ride. Weekends are the go for me.
Anytime you want to post a ride at Marra Marra, I will give it a go. My preference? I normally go for something with a bit of technicality about it. The rockier the better. But I am happy to do all sorts. Its all good.

Im living around castle hill and looking for some people to ride with mainly during the weeks to get back into shape. Have been doing penno park and some of the trails close to Hornsby on the weekends but need to ride more during the week, preferably close to home.
