Details:

If I worked this hard on a bike I would fall off...indoor training has the advantage that you can push harder and concentrate on pedalling technique and spend killer time out of the saddle. Learn how to place your but on the saddle to activate your hamstrings for those times the quads have just given up.

These sessions are run by Lidcombe Alburn cycling club and open to all cyclists. Usually there is a group of about 5-10 cyclists ranging from juniors, parents of juniors, triatheletes, and senior racers. The session is run by a qualified coach who may well point out if you are not flapping your feet appropriately.

A cost of $5 per rider applies - this covers the cost of hall hire. You will also need an indoor trainer (there are a couple of spares but you will need to PM me to let me know). Plenty of water and a towel is also a good idea.

Starting time is about 6 pm. The session will run for an hour after start.
