might not be able to go wedding anniversary , might have to get that rose garden happening straight after winter is finished or have the anniversary in Canberra , might just work
I've got a mate wanting to do it, but he's only 15. Turns 16 in September. I'm guessing that with parental consent he's OK to enter. His ability is well beyond myself and anyone I ride with, in both fitness and technical ability, plus he has a race license (DH and XC).
I looked around, but couldn't find any info on the registration forms or anything.
Does anyone know the age limit?
Also the procedure?
I'm wanting to register tonight, but might have to wait till I'm certain with this.
" I will be 14 years of age or older on 9 October 2010, or I will be 12 years of age or older on 9 October 2010 if I have been granted a ‘young rider’ waiver under the application process outlined on the entry website."
I take that as meaning, if you're 14 or older, you can simply enter without any other forms etc to be filled out. Or if you're under than, but over 12, you can enter, so long as you have a "young rider" waiver.
Website says "Coming soon" right now:

Is this the Stromlo event? What date is it? Is it in the calendar? Need to find a team quick sharp, eh!?
You register through the MTBA website

I think I found some info in the t&C's.

Nice team name. Definitely see you there. I'm nervously buzzing just thinking about doing it, even though there's like 4 months to go...
