Details:
This ride will start and end on road, until we reach the western side of De Burghs bridge where the fun begins with some off road trails out to Epping and back, may even do the hill up to Pennant Hills park.
There will be hills involved and should be a good test of fitness, only 30km its generally an out and back ride with two small loops.
I am using it as a training ride for Dirtworks 50km....so I aim to hit it at a reasonable pace with as little stops as possible so a good level of fitness is required.

I still don't know how you backed up from the day before and still rode so hard on Sunday.
Thanks especially to Simon and Tien for being patient with my flat episode....might be a good idea for me to check my spare tubes from now on.
For those that were not there after riding 31km I flatted and my spares were lets say compromised and I ended walking 6km out of the park. It was a nice day for a walk in the rain i tell you.
