anyone going to menai on saturday morning and wouldn't mind me taging along on their ride? Smiling all that snake stuff has got me paranoid

as I hope to do 2 rides at different places on sat (I have a weekend leave pass Smiling )what time are you thinking of starting? and where do you start from ,as i would like to join your ride if thats ok .

Sorry dude - looks like my ride's going to be on sunday this week, the Chief Operating Officer has revoked MY saturday pass for her shopping needs!

Im up for a ride this weekend, probably stay local as Ive been to Griffith and back in the last two days so am a bit over driving.

Have to 'rest' this weekend. And by 'rest' I mean hit the gym and do some work on certain muscles in my legs that cause knee tracking problems when they get too weak Sad

That's a familiar one. I'm doing weights weekly now on a Monday night and it's made a big difference - don't get nearly as many niggles as I used to.

The legs glutes and core are a bit sore for most of the rest of the working week while I commute/train, but it's definitely been worth it. Six months ago one lap of Manly Dam would be as much as I could cope with in one go.
