The day will see the ribbon cut on Stage 1 & Stage 2 which adds up to a bit over 7km of mainly single track XC trail. Trail features armoured crossings, bridges, jumps, berms and some technical rock and log sections.

Stage 3 and the pump track is still to come.

How awesome is this?

Can somebody recommend a good hot food shop to eat at around there? I prefer if it's the type where we can see the bikes on the back of the car. Not a food court in a Westfield shopping center. Must be able to do decent steak sandwiches / hamburgers / choc milkshakes / hot chips / scallops etc.

Noel you must have been really hungry when you made that comment Eye-wink sounds like a good idea I could go some lunch after a few laps!
should be a good day.

Boys - check out the web site there are 16 BBQs there. Steak(s) and beer - all sorted.

LoL Noel, you stole the thread.

I would imagine its going to be a very packed day with riders and general visiters to the parks. I would imagine getting a BBQ may be a little difficult unless you grab one early.

Can't wait to ride it the track

Where abouts is this one, can you post co-ordinates or map link?

a few km west of the park at Mt Annan shops it has it all maccas, HJ ,KFC, red rooter, takeaway shops keep heading west up Narellan Rd turn left when u see maccas then right at the roundabout ta da

Head into Narellan, West on Narellan Rd and left onto the old highway (NOT the bypass) and you'll find Donnelly's Pub about a k up the road on the right. You can park the car close to and in eyesight of the beer garden, enjoy some pretty good food and a few beers.

chopStiR info on this is on www.trailflix.com.au follow Camden bypass over bridge and turn left into Ullmara ave follow to end and park ,it is a really fun ride

Scottboy's picture

meeting point A is in the wrong spot on the map it is further Sth of that point, go past the lakes & up the hill to the right not around to the left ,to get to the point where it is marked on the map is no where near the track.

Rob's picture

@Smiley... so what are the exact GPS co-ords of a good place to park close to the trail head?

Scottboy's picture

I am heading out that way tomorrow I could tell you exactly where it is but can't help there only know the correct place to park which is at the Big Idea Garden , I know it is on Caley Drive not cunningham first garden on your left as you go down hill, this rd is only one way so if you miss it you have to go right round again .
