Positive experience
Just go back from the local bike workshop and I cannot resist sharing the positive experience I've had with them over the years. Every time I'm there the guys in the workshop go above and beyond what can be reasonably expected. No wonder I keep comming back. Absolutely brilliant customer service!
Don't know if Rob will allow a mention of the shop but I do it anyway until it is removed with an editors note 
Consistently for many years now Brookvale Bike Factory workshop have given me the best experience ever. Thanks guys!

Ive had some great customer service there too. Spread the joy i say.....
Both myself and then later my girlfriend bought our GT's there - we went back because Ollie was fantastic. With us only looking at more entry level hardtails under $800 he had no problem spending time with us. Workshop boys were great as well. And I am a fussy bastard having worked managing hotels and being tough on service. Long live the great LBS.....
