So who's going?
I'll be there. Heading down friday night, doing the 4hr and staying for the 4X and events on Sunday. Should be awesome!!!
I read on the site, that there won't be any camping allowed.... 
Does anyone know why we can't camp? Would help make it a bit more affordable.

hey i might be in awaiting my new roster with eager anticipation to see if i got the requeted days off! might see u there...as for accomadation... not sure sorry! must be few places around!
@ Smiley - Yeah she does mate, but I'll be heading down with a mate and my wife. So my wife is going to stay with my sister and I'll camp out with my mate. Don't want to burden my sister with all of us in a 2bed unit. lol You going down friday night or sat morning?
I can't see why we can't camp at the venue. Seems a bit silly with all the area available... If worse comes to worse, I can stay with sis.
@ Nix - Put a sick day in Nix, it's going to be a great weekend down there!
I really hope that the course covers some of the fun parts of the Scott. Man everytime I came in from doing a lap I was sooo pumped!!! Easily the most fun XC track I've done to date.
when we were in Canberra we camped at carotel camp ground, hot showers and bbq's was pretty good and reasonably priced.

@ muvro would love to throw a sicky but my boss tends to know ur faking when u put in a requested day off...dont get it then suddenly come down with the flu!

pretty sure I saw on there web site that they had recieved permission to camp at stromlo , worth checking out .
bring your tent/car there is camping to be had at Stromlo for this great weekend .I for one will be looking forward to it as I will be able too ride this time unlike Del Rio as I injured myself 3 days b4 the event .
