Which Courier Company to send frame to USA?

I have to send a frame back to JensonUSA and need to use a reliable, trackable, registered method. Does anyone have any experience sending large parcels across the Pacific and recommend any particular methods (company?) or should I just go to Australia Post?

like UPS or Fedex might help it a bit when it reaches the USA.I work for TNT -they're international service is "express"-that is expensive!

Got a bunch of quotes ranging from $450 to $800! Ended up pulling the frame apart to get the box under 1m and going with Aus Post today.
