Leadville Trail 100 - August 2011

There was a flurry of interest in the Leadville 100 earlier in the year when the “Race Across the Sky” movie was showing at the cinema. Is anyone going to try and get to Colorado for the race in August 2011?

I will be submitting my entry on the 4th November and believe selection is by lottery unless you are a Tour de France rider or answer to the name Dave Wiens. I am interested to learn if anyone else is going to enter. By my estimation this has to be one of the ultimate 1 day events and is worth adding to your “do before you die” list.
