I am just wondering how can I get involved with helping out with track work, is there a committee to contact or do you just show up and when do they take place as I am keen to help and meet people in the mtb community.

I assume your talking about glenrock. Best way to get involved is to keep an eye on the front page for the next build day date and come along. Everyone is welcome and the more people who come, the easier the work is.

yeah empy would definately go help at Glenrock I just need to know where n when,,, I a hoping to take my son out there this weekend for our first ride
you can also get on the hornsby shire mtb alliance hsmba email list (do a web search for their website for details)...with any luck they might be starting up soon and might need help. if you're in that area.
